Mission
Our mission is to decrease U.S. veteran and first responder suicides and increase U.S. veteran, first responder, and healthcare personnel ownership of businesses by creating independent community banks across America, particularly in areas with large populations of retired military and first responders.

Vision
Our vision is to establish a Veterans Bank in each Congressional district across the USA. Each bank will provide exclusive services for military veterans, first responders, and healthcare personnel, named 1st Veterans Bank, with the final part of the name reflecting the specific region.
